Development of an Organisational Sustainability Education and Awareness Program

EcoSTEPS were engaged to design and delivery a suite of sustainability education and awareness training programs to be progressively rolled out to Water Corporation’s 3000 employees and contractors. The ‘From Principles to Action’ programs are based on Action Learning and Education for Sustainability principles and have proved to be extremely popular and effective.

Water Corporation has a comprehensive Sustainability Strategy. Over the next 3 years changes to process, policies, systems and culture are being identified and to embed sustainability principles across the organisation. This is being supported by a comprehensive and integrated education and awareness program.
